When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
The shipping costs for the delivery of the product shall be paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 14 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract. If the purchased product has been personalized for you, it cannot be returned. Please be mindful of this.
The purchased product must be delivered completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with all necessary documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual if available.
If it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
